Security Guard

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties. The Security Guard will monitor premises, enforce rules, and respond to incidents effectively while ensuring the safety of all individuals on-site. Duties • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. • Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities. • Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, providing first aid and CPR when necessary. • Enforce facility rules and regulations while managing conflicts in a professional manner. • Collaborate with law enforcement when required, providing detailed reports of incidents. • Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential security risks. • Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Requirements • Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or military background is preferred. • Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is highly desirable. • Familiarity with surveillance systems (CCTV) and conflict management techniques. • Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure situations. • Must pass background checks as required by company policies.
