This role also involves receiving and documenting vehicle and parts deliveries. What you will do: • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. • Monitor the facility through patrols and security cameras to prevent theft and vandalism. • Verify incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring accurate documentation and inspection of vehicles or parts. • Control access to the premises, verifying identification and logging visitors or vendors as needed. • Respond to alarms, disturbances, or suspicious activity and report findings to Site Manager or local authorities. • Maintain clear and accurate security logs and incident reports. • Ensure all gates, doors, and entry points are properly secured. • Assist in emergencies and follow established safety protocols. • Perform additional duties as assigned.What you will need: • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. • Strong attention to detail and good observational skills. • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. • Basic computer skills for logging deliveries and incidents • On-site position. • Full-time hours with occasional extended hours based on business needs. • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. • Ability to work in varied weather conditions. • Must be able to work outdoors and on foot for extended periods. • Physical requirements include the ability to walk the lot, inspect vehicles, and be active in an automotive shop environment.#LI-CR1 Our Values Trust & Transparency | People First | Positive Experiences | Calm Persistence | Never Settling At ACV, we are committed to an inclusive culture in which every individual is welcomed and empowered to celebrate their true selves.
