Security Guard

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to monitoring activities, responding to incidents, and maintaining a secure environment. Duties • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. • Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies while following established protocols. • Perform ID checks & bag checks • Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the facility. • Provide assistance during emergencies, including administering CPR and first aid when necessary. • Document incidents and prepare reports as required for management review. • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when needed for investigations or emergencies. • Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage. Skills • Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable. • Experience working at a bar environment is desired • Experience in law enforcement or military service is an advantage. • Strong conflict management skills to effectively handle difficult situations. • Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and techniques. • Ability to remain calm under pressure while making sound decisions. • Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
