Security Guard / Manager (Hybrid)

Primary Duties: Security Coverage: • Represent the company with a confident, professional presence at assigned client sites. • Conduct patrols and address safety or security incidents promptly. • Complete accurate and timely digital reports for incidents, patrols, and daily activity. Operational Support & Supervision: • Coordinate guard schedules to ensure complete coverage across multiple sites. • Assist with onboarding new staff, monitoring performance, and providing feedback. • Act as a point of contact between clients, field teams, and management. • Utilize company technology for scheduling, reporting, and operational updates. What We’re Looking For: • Active New York State Security Guard License. • Minimum 5 years in security, with at least some supervisory or team lead experience. • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead with authority. • Proficiency with mobile apps and digital tools for scheduling and reporting. • Flexible schedule, with the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed. • Valid driver’s license is an advantage. • Able to perform foot patrols and stand for extended periods.
