Your Role at a Glance: On-Site Security Responsibilities: • Maintain a strong and professional security presence at client locations • Patrol designated sites and respond swiftly to safety concerns or unusual activity • Submit digital incident and activity reports with attention to detail Operations & Leadership Responsibilities: • Oversee staff schedules and ensure full shift coverage across multiple accounts • Assist with guard onboarding, training follow-up, and performance checks • Serve as a liaison between frontline personnel, clients, and management • Leverage mobile scheduling and reporting tools to streamline daily tasks Qualifications You’ll Need: • Valid NYS Security Guard License(required) • 5+ yearsof security industry experience, including supervisory duties • Confident communicator with strong leadership presence • Tech-savvy and comfortable with apps used for scheduling and reporting • Available forflexible shifts, including occasional evenings and weekends • Adriver’s licenseis a plus • Physically capable of patrol and extended periods on foot What We Offer: • Starting rate of$21.00/hour • Direct path to higher-leveloperations or area managerroles • A mix of office-based and field-based tasks to keep your work engaging • Input into real decisions affecting staffing and operations • Work with a fast-moving, supportive management team based in New York Who We Are: A2A Securityis a specialized agency delivering white-glove protection to some of NYC’s most well-known luxury retailers, commercial offices, private buildings, and events.
