Security Guard (Part-Time) (Weekends)

Safety Facility Services is seeking a professional and polished Security Guard to represent our client at a high-end commercial building in New York, NY.This role requires individuals with excellent communication skills, a strong presence, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to tenants, guests, and building personnel. Key Responsibilities: • Warmly welcome and professionally greet all guests and visitors entering the building. • Maintain strict control over all building keys, including accurately logging keys in and out as required. • Receive, log, and secure all packages, deliveries, and other items at the designated area. • Ensure all visitors are properly identified, logged, and directed according to building protocols. • Enforce all building rules, policies, and procedures in a consistent and respectful manner. • Answer facility phones promptly and professionally; maintain clear and accurate records of all building activity in daily logbooks. • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment at all times, contributing to the overall appearance and reputation of the building.
