Overview A Security Guard Shift Supervisor oversees daily security operations during their assigned shift, ensuring all protocols are followed and incidents are properly managed. They lead and support a team of guards, coordinate responses to emergencies, and serve as the primary point of contact for security-related issues. Responsibilities • Managing daily operations of the shelter, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures • Overseeing security personnel, conducting patrols, and enforcing facility rules • Maintaining safety and security of residents and staff, responding to emergencies • Training and supervising security staff, ensuring they are well-prepared for their duties. • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a safe environment for all individuals in the shelter. Requirements • Must have 8, 16, NYS Security license • F80 required • Strong attention to detail • Ability to lead a team • Ability to provide proof of vaccination #GA1 Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
