Security Guards/Residential/Corporate

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Guards to join our team. We have different Security Guard Positions available. Residential Guards, Corporate Guards, Retail Guards, and Shelter Guards. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and any potential threats are addressed promptly. Duties • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. • Respond quickly to alarms and emergencies, providing assistance as needed. • Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and facilities to ensure safety compliance. • Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to monitor activities and gather evidence when necessary. • Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and protect property. • Provide first aid and CPR when required, ensuring the health and safety of individuals on-site. • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations. • Document incidents, observations, and activities in detailed reports for management review. • Engage in conflict management techniques to de-escalate potential disturbances. Skills • Strong understanding of loss prevention strategies and techniques. • Proficiency in surveillance operations, including the use of CCTV systems. • Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred; willingness to obtain certification is essential. • Experience in conflict management with the ability to remain calm under pressure. • Background in law enforcement or military service is advantageous but not mandatory. • Excellent observational skills with attention to detail to identify potential security risks. • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with diverse individuals. Requirements • F-02 Certificate, Security Guard Card, 8/hr. & 16/hr. for the Shelter Guards - 2-y.ear Experience Required. • Security Guard Card, 8/hr. & 16/hr. - Residential Guard - 1-year Experience • Security Guard Card, 8/hr. & 16/hr. - Retail Guard - 1-year Experience. • Security Guard Card, 8/hr. & 16/hr. - Security Guard - Less than a year Experience.
