Security Officer

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to conflict management, loss prevention, and surveillance, ensuring that all security protocols are followed diligently. Responsibilities • Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety within the facility. • Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts. • Collaborate with hotel security and law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure safety protocols are upheld. • Provide first aid assistance as needed, ensuring the health and safety of individuals on-site. • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills in conflict management, loss prevention, and emergency response. Requirements • Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not mandatory. • Strong skills in conflict management and loss prevention strategies. • Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable. • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively. • Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. • Must possess a valid security certificate or equivalent training credentials. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
