Security Officer

We are the Westin San Diego Bayview, a luxury hotel located in the heart of downtown San Diego! We have an immediate opening for a day shift Security Officer, to join our amazing team, join us today! RESPONSIBILITIES: • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly service oriented manner. • Maintain and review daily activity log. • Assist guests to their rooms or help guests enter their rooms. • Assist during medical emergencies. • Be knowledgeable about hotel and guestroom locking systems. • Monitor TV cameras (CCTV) (if applicable). • Administer First Aid/C.P.R as necessary. • Complete Incident/Accident Reports in a clear and concise manner. • Other duties as required QUALIFICATIONS: • Hotel / Resort experience highly preferred • Guard Card is required • CPR / First Aid Certified required • Must have open availability, able to work weekends and holidays Proud EOE / Position pays $19.35 Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $19.35 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee assistance program • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Referral program • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
