As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading automotive location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for employees and visitors. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.45 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:30 PMThur07:00 AM - 03:30 PMFri07:00 AM - 03:30 PMSat07:00 AM - 03:30 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:30 PM What You'll Do: • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities. • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. • Conduct regular and random patrols around the auto facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential risks. • Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas of the location to help to deter unauthorized activity. • Observe and report any unusual activities or conditions to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel. • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of incidents and daily activities as required by site protocols. • Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal supervisors to address security-related concerns specific to the auto industry environment. What We're Looking For: • Availability across various days and shifts • Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments • A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company • Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: • Possession of a Guard Card or relevant license is preferred. • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. • CPR certification is preferred. • Customer service experience is preferred. • Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred. • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
