As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a chemical and petrochemical location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that may arise. You will interact with employees, visitors, and contractors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.57 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeWed12:00 AM - 08:00 AMThur12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSun12:00 AM - 12:00 PM What You'll Do: • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, with attention to the unique requirements of a chemical or petrochemical location. • Monitor for unusual conditions or hazards and report findings according to site protocols. • Assist with access control by verifying credentials and observing entry and exit points. • Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed. • Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with site and Allied Universal procedures.
