Security Officer /Concert

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance, conflict management, and loss prevention, ensuring that all security protocols are followed diligently. Duties • Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities. • Operate and maintain CCTV systems to ensure effective surveillance of the premises. • Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, providing first aid and CPR when necessary. • Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks. • Manage conflicts effectively, de-escalating situations as needed to ensure safety. • Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts. • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or suspicious activities. • Ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures. Experience • Previous experience in a security role, law enforcement, or military service is preferred. • Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques is advantageous. • Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable. • Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. • Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
