Pay: • $17.75 Available Schedules: • All Shift availability Key Responsibilities: • Ensure a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors. • Monitor and report safety hazards; take proactive steps to promote safety. • Follow all DSI and client-specific policies and post instructions. • Participate in training and stay up to date with safety procedures and protocols. • Maintain a professional and courteous presence while interacting with the public. Perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in various weatherOversee daily operations and ensure all security personnel are performing duties effectively. • Serve as the primary point of contact between DSI and the client. • Conduct post inspections and ensure compliance with site-specific procedures. • Train, mentor, and support security officers on site. • Handle incident reports, shift scheduling, and performance evaluations. • Respond to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed. • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to site activity and personnel. What We’re Looking For: • Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor. • Basic to intermediate computer proficiency. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Pre-Employment Requirements: • Must be at least 18 years old. • A valid driver’s license is required. • Must have reliable transportation and communication. • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
