Security Officer

This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and decision making skills in a high-security, access-controlled environment. Location & Site Specific Information: Houston, Tx Zip Code 77095 Schedule: • Wednesday | 12pm-6am • Thursday | 6am-6pm • Friday | 6am-6pm • Saturday | 6am-6pmTotal Weekly Hours = 42 Hours (set schedule) Responsibilities: • Oversee proper ID verification, badge issuance, and escort procedures. • Ensure U.S. Person vs. Foreign Person verification is performed correctly. • Coordinate with client employees and compliance officers for special visits or exceptions. • Handle complaints, and security concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience.. • Ensure officers comply with post orders, site security procedures, and NDA guidelines. • Support site audits and compliance checks as needed. • Uphold strict standards for appearance and punctuality. • Provide professional service to all individuals entering the facility while maintaining strict access control standards. • Maintain a highly visible, alert, and professional demeanor at all times. • Lead and coordinate security response during emergencies, alarms, or incidents.Benefits of Working for City Security: • Weekly direct deposit paychecks • Advanced Security Officer training • Career advancement opportunities • Ongoing field training provided • Recognition programs DPS Lic# C11614301
