Security Officer Swing Shift

Job description: Bolt Security Guard Services is looking for an experienced security guard to join our team! Must be available for 2nd and 3rd shifts, including weekends! 40+ hours per week. Skills Required: • Requires a high school diploma or GED. • Ability to read, comprehend, write and speak English. • Previous security / law enforcement experience required • Should be customer-service driven. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy along with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations. • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with co-workers and the public. Required to investigate and write reports. • Exercise good judgment and implement instructions. • Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures. • Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance. • Ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures. • Experienced or ability to learn policies and procedures. • Strong attention to detail and well organized. • Professional appearance • Must maintain confidentiality at all times.
