Essential Functions: • Provide protection for all guests, visitors and employees from physical harm or theft. • Patrol property via foot/vehicle and oversee adjoining public areas. • Complete all appropriate documentation regarding violations or infractions witnessed by or reported to Security. • Protect and preserve all resort property from damage, vandalism and theft. • Maintain confidentiality and perform in a discreet and tactful manner at all times. • Provide rapid response and thorough investigation of all requests for assistance from guests or employees. • Perform light maintenance upon request. • Follow all safety procedures. • Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule. • Perform all other job requests as assigned by management in a timely manner • Complete incident reports in electronic format to required standard. • Assist when needed in all areas of the property in the event of an emergency.Requirements: • Must have effective oral and written English communication skills. • Must be able to maintain a calm demeanor during emergencies and agitated individuals. • Computer literacy which is not limited to Outlook, Excel and Word. • Prior security or customer service experience. • Ability to work with minimal supervision. • Must have a valid Driver’s License • Must be 25 years of age with a clean driving history. • A Motor Vehicle Report will be required as part of the application process.
