Security Operations Center Operator Requirements: • 6 months- 1 year of SOC experience • Microsoft Outlook • Microsoft Teams Pass-Down Chat • Able to work with computers and electronics • Strong writing and verbal English skills Responsibilities: • Alarm Monitoring and Responses • Activate and Deactivate TxDot badges • CCTV monitoring and camera checks • Answering telephones • Dispatching local mobile patrol • Emergency Response and Notifications • SAR’s • Investigate Techniques • Submit FAMIS tickets (work orders) • Duress buttons and response • On-Call Maintenance Veterans Inter-Con is passionate about hiring veterans.
