Employment Opportunity: Security Operations Manager (Full Time) United Security Services, Inc., a national security company, which is owned and operated by retired law enforcement personnel, is seeking a professional full-time Security Operations Manager for Hotel Security in the Renton, WA area. Requirements: § 3 years as a security supervisory professional, 2 years in supervisory position and / or 5 years law enforcement experience. • Exceptional customer service skills and excellent judgement. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills. • Strong working knowledge of Washington’s culture, communities, and dynamics. • Proficient with interacting, communicating, and working jointly with clients. • Effective in managing, leading, and training a team of professional security officers in a premium hospitality setting. • Knowledgeable in all aspects of criminal law. • Must possess, or can acquire by time of employment, a State of Washington unarmed security & supervisory management certifications. • Availability and flexibility to work any day, including weekends and holidays, and any work shift based on the operational needs of the events. Preferred: • Knowledgeable in the key aspects of private security at special events, conventions, trade shows. • Ability to prepare security work schedules, review timesheets, and handle general administrative matters. The annual salary for this position pays $63-68,000 based on qualifications and experience. We offer competitive pay and benefits, including career advancement opportunities.
