Your Mission: As a Signal Advanced Officer, you'll be the go-to expert in ensuring our security team is running like clockwork. Your superiors will rely on you to train new officers, cover shifts, and keep our vehicles in top condition. You'll be the glue that holds our team together, making sure our clients receive the best service possible. Responsibilities: * Train and mentor new officers to become rockstars in security * Ensure shift coverage is seamless and efficient * Keep our vehicles in top condition through regular maintenance * Conduct daily huddles and spot checks to ensure officers are on track * Provide feedback and recognition to officers to boost performance * Collaborate with supervisors to report client-specific info and equipment needs * Participate in performance reviews to enhance the Officer Brand Experience * Make sure checkpoints and tours are functioning correctly on sites * Recommend disciplinary action or positive recognition for personnel Requirements: * 21 years of age or older * High school diploma or GED * Pass background check and drug test * Valid driver's license and good driving record * Reliable transportation * Ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays * Complete training modules within first month * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Demonstrate a commitment to service and professionalism * Ability to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds * Flexibility, teamwork, and coachability are a must!
