SMART Solutions Security is hiring Security Specialists to provide safety and support services at school locations across the Chicagoland area. We're seeking dedicated professionals who are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors. Locations: Multiple school sites across Chicago and Suburbs. Responsibilities Include: Monitor school entrances and exits Conduct routine patrols of campus grounds Ensure compliance with school safety policies Provide assistance to staff, students, and visitors Respond calmly and appropriately to incidents or emergencies Report suspicious behavior or safety concerns Requirements: Valid Illinois PERC card Must pass a background check Strong communication and observation skills Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Prior security or school-based experience is a plus Why Join SMART Solutions Security?
