Security Supervisor

Role and Responsibilities The Field Supervisor will assist and follow the directives of the Operations Managers With the administrational duties to enforce PILB regulations through security staff, governing State and Federal laws, and Company policies. As experienced Security Officers and Supervisors, you will also be responsible for the Training of Security Officers under your supervision in order to develop a staff that is always “Prompt, Professional, and Engaged” and meeting company standards. Field Supervisors will be utilized at the discretion of the Operations Team to ensure mission accomplishment. Some duties are listed below; the Field Supervisor must be adaptable and follow the direction of the Operations Team; Essential Functions Additional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following: • Performs all duties of Security Officer and Supervisor as needed and stands post as needed • Inspects and evaluates Security Officers for alertness, appearance, and proper performance while on duty and report and correct deficiencies to the Operations Manager. • Communicate company policies and procedures to all shift personnel. • Assist the scheduling department with the filling of open shifts, by responding immediately to open shifts and making phone calls to cover the openings as needed. • Assist in the development, administration and implementation of training programs • Conduct daily Supervisory visits to all locations assigned and completing all necessary reports • Assists as needed with complaints from clients, employees and or client’s customers. • Assist with Investigations of accidents, thefts, property losses, homicides, or other unlawful activities as directed by Operation Managers. • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections on all patrol vehicles and report all discrepancies. • Assists in event planning as directed. (Training, start-ups, audits, etc.) • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times. (no fraternizing) • Operate any vehicle company or personal, professionally and lawfully while on duty. • Brief the Operations team of any or all unusual occurrences that happened on your shift. Qualifications and Education Requirements Must possess effective written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and public in a professional and effective manner. Must be able to use initiative and independent judgement within a set of established guidelines. Have intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology. Neat and professional appearance. Three to Five (3-5) years Security Industry Experience Ability to provide a high quality of customer service. Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the clients site both calmly and effectively. Ability to maintain a constant mental alertness and attention to detail.
