Known for quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a skilledCO2 MIG Welder(no Argon) to join our growing team. Job Overview As aWelder, you’ll play a key role in producing durable, high-quality trailers. You’ll be responsible for MIG welding, plasma cutting, and assembly work in a shop environment. This role is hands-on, physical, and requires a team-player mindset. What You’ll Do • PerformMIG weldingon trailer components to ensure strong, precise welds. • Operateplasma cuttersto shape and cut metal to spec. • Assemble trailer parts using hand tools for proper fit and function. • Collaborate with your team to hit production goals. • Maintain shop safety and cleanliness. What We’re Looking For • Experience:2+ years of production welding (MIG welding required). • Skilled with MIG welding, plasma cutting, and hand tools. • Ability to weld in multiple positions: standing, sitting, kneeling, overhead, and lying on back. • Physically capable of lifting 40–50 lbs. and crawling in/out of tight spaces. • Strong attention to detail and focus on quality. • Team-oriented, dependable, and able to stay productive with minimal supervision. Work Environment • Shop setting with exposure to welding fumes, sparks, and noise. • Fast-paced, production-driven environment. • Weld test required: Overhead weld with CO2 MIG steel core .035".
