Job Description
The role as a Consulting Engagement Partner (CEP) will lead growth of the consulting business in strategic global account(s) by leveraging both; existing & emerging capabilities, in addition to creating new strategic growth areas to deliver significant profitable growth for the accounts and consulting globally.
Responsibilities
- Growth: Work with the leadership team to define a sound business growth strategy for designated strategic account(s). Ensure the consulting business opens new business opportunities and expands Wipro's client positioning
- Relationships: As a Consulting Engagement Partner in Semiconductor industry you bring deep expertise and good industry connections to develop the consulting and advisory business
- Solutions: Identifying & defining differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within the designated strategic client
- Customer Centricity: Delivering customer value as a central theme across all activities. Ensuring Wipro is delivering as a partner and aligned to client/customer value and strategic goals.
- Branding: Leverage the above to help create strong Wipro Market Positioning and increasing Wipro's mindshare

- Identify incremental revenue opportunities and scale accordingly

- Improve Wipro's positioning as a thought-leader among clients and market eco-system (analysts, advisors, industry events)
- Master Qualification (MBA Desired)
- Extensive industry experience (as a leader in Management consulting or Semiconductor Industry/Digital consulting) with business development experience focused on strategic engagements and growth.
- Proven track record of transformational and strategic consulting sales, and strong focus on governance, delivery and operational management. With a proven record of delivering sustainable customer value.
- Strong domain knowledge and experience of developing and delivering strategic business and transformative initiatives with a significant focus on Digital.
- Relevant experience working as an SME for the Semiconductor Industry within in a consulting delivering growth and transformation.
- Experience in consultative and outcome sales delivering differentiated value and opportunities for new business models.
