Learn more: www.adkingvm.com Position: Senior Account & Project Manager – Millwork & Construction We are seeking an experienced, detail-driven professional with several years of retail project management experience. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating retail store projects, ensuring that design, construction, logistics and installation processes align with client expectations and industry standards. You’ll take the lead on overseeing every stage of project, from design coordination to on-site installation—while maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end retail construction projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and schedules. • Act as the primary liaison between clients, design teams, construction crews, and vendors. • Oversee very stage of the project like design, millwork fabrication, logistics, and fixture installation. • Monitor progress, resolve challenges, and maintain strict quality control. • Provide clear communication on timelines, deliverables, and updates to clients and stakeholders. • Travel as needed for on-site project supervision and vendor coordination. Qualifications & Skills • Strong project coordination and client communication skills. • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin. • 5–7 years’ experience in retail store buildouts, construction management, or millwork projects. • Some understanding of retail industry, store development, and fixtures. • Proven track record delivering retail store projects on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • U.S. Green Card or Citizenship required.
