This job works in partnership with stakeholders on strategic initiatives and assigned projects. This job is responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and reporting tools to identify opportunities for best practice strategies.

Education

Required - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

Preferred - Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)

Work Experience

Required - 3 years related experience
Preferred - 5 years related experience

Certifications

Preferred -Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Preferred -CPA and 2 years of experience

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
  • Must be proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard.
  • Excellent judgement, organizational, time management, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Extensive analytical skills to create service availability analysis out of raw data.
  • Self-directed with the ability to work independently, set project priorities, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to travel throughout and between facility locations.
  • Ability to work various hours, such as nights, weekends, etc.

Job Duties
  • Provides guidance and expertise related to project initiatives.
  • Enables an effective project communication strategy through active communications with stakeholders.
  • Analyzes data and generates tools to provide analytical support for stakeholders.
  • Serves as a resource for projects and initiatives in assigned focus area system-wide.
  • Identifies and resolves project related issues and processes.
  • Serves as the point of contact between the stakeholders.
  • Other related duties as required.

Normal routine involves no exposure to blood, body fluid or tissue and as part of their employment, incumbents are not called upon to perform or assist in emergency care or first aid.

There is no occupational risk for exposure to communicable diseases.

Because the incumbent works within a healthcare setting, there may be occupational risk for exposure to hazardous medications or hazardous waste within the environment through receipt, transport, storage, preparation, dispensing, administration, cleaning and/or disposal of contaminated waste. The risk level of exposure may increase depending on the essential job duties of the role
