And we welcome all highly motivated individuals to become a part of our growing team. Summary We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our accounting team. This role is essential to maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with state and local tax regulations, and supporting inventory and operational accounting processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of stepping into other accounting functions when needed. Responsibilities • Prepare and file state and local sales/use tax returns and support tax audits as needed. • Reconcile inventory and cost of goods sold accounts monthly. • Assist with month-end close procedures including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting. • Support internal controls and ensure accurate documentation of accounting processes. • Provide cross-functional coverage and support for AR and AP functions when team members are out. • Collaborate with the Accounting Manager and other team members to improve accounting workflows and reporting. • Assist with audit preparation and coordination as needed. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or a related industry • Inventory and COGS accounting • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, SAP, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience with multi-state sales tax compliance • CPA or progress toward CPA designation is a plus • Experience with SAP B1 • Experience with distribution and SaaS Why Join Us? • Collaborative, supportive team environment • Opportunity to make an immediate impact at a growing company and expanding team • Stable, established business with long-term customers and products Benefits & Compensation • Salary starting at $85K+ DOE • Employer-contributed Health/Dental/Vision Insurance • Remote work flexibility • 401K with 4% Employer Match • Paid Vacation & Sick Leave • Holiday Bonus Potential Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $85,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Schedule: • Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: • Bonus opportunities Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kent, WA 98032
