Senior Accounting Manager

Dynatrace is seeking a highly skilled, technically proficient Senior Manager of Accounting to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will take on a pivotal role, overseeing various accounting activities with an emphasis on statutory accounting for five Swiss entities. This position also involves significant engagement in global transfer pricing activities and intercompany transactions.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Finance for EMEA, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of accounting processes. You will collaborate closely with other Accounting Managers and Senior Accountants across the EMEA region and globally, as well as work with diverse teams within Finance and the broader organization.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-centric professional who has strong decision-making skills and has a continuous improvement mindset. This role offers flexibility, with the option to work remotely or in a hybrid setup and requires occasional travel during the year.
Your role at Dynatrace

• Manage and be responsible for the accurate accounting, bookkeeping and Audits for the Swiss entities in Swiss GAAP, Swiss GAAP FER and US GAAP
• Ownership of some transfer pricing activities, including but not limited to calculation, review of agreements, reconciliations, proposing monthly payments, associated FX transactions, and documentation thereof
• Ownership of i/c including reconciliations, agreements, requirements for loans, documentation and payment requests for entities owned in region
• Manage the cash position of the Swiss entities (again requesting activities and reporting on it, but not executing - something we can review later, but the intention is to maintain tight effective/factual control)
• Assist the tax team with US GAAP and Local GAAP tax reporting (quarterly and yearly provisions, cash tax)
• Assist the tax team with tax compliance and tax audits
