Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Accounting team at Labelbox. In this role we are looking for a high-energy hands-on individual that can work independently and collaboratively with internal and external business partners. The Accounts Receivable Analyst will report to the Accounting Manager.

Your Day to Day

  • Work closely with order management revenue and corporate finance team to understand the deal structure and ensure customer billing schedule and invoices are correctly created in SaaSOptics

  • Work with Customers and Labelbox sales team to resolve outstanding issues related to billing and collections

  • Review Aged Receivable report on a weekly basis and provide feedback for past due accounts along with weekly reporting of invoicing totals/aging totals/cash receipts/invoice adjustments

  • Prepare quarterly Bad Debt Reserve calculation

  • Establish and lead credit worthiness of the customers and provide feedback to sales team

  • Implement dunning process in Quickbooks Online

  • Create and streamline billing and collections processes

  • Prepare monthly quarterly annual and ad-hoc forecasting reports

  • Assisting in general financial management and analysis

  • Assist corporate accounting team with month end accruals and account reconciliations

About You

  • At least 5 years of accounts receivable or related experience (more preferred).

  • Experience with end to end Accounts Receivable.

  • Intermediate knowledge of accounting practices.

  • Experience with ERP systems (particularly Quickbooks Online and SaaSOptics) preferred.

  • Software/saas billing experience

  • Ability to work with sales team and educate them on company account receivable policies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel (including pivot tables and lookups) is necessary.

  • Superior organizational teamwork and time management skills.

  • A commitment to quality with excellent attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality customer service professionalism and integrity.

  • Ability to multi-task and respond to requests in a timely manner.

  • Ability to utilize strong interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.

  • Comfortable with deadlines and thrives on achieving continued completion of them.
