Senior Advertiser Manager

We’re looking for a confident Senior Advertiser Manager with a solid network in direct advertising, skilled in negotiating CPM and flat deals. An ideal candidate should bring creative ideas, solve problems independently, and know your way around Ad-Server platforms.

Now we’re expanding our rapidly growing CPM Ad-network is rapidly expanding, connecting publishers with the biggest advertisers in the industry. Our goal is to grow into a leading Ad-Network, and we're looking for a Senior Advertiser Manager who can help us achieve that vision.

What you’ll be working on

• Finding new direct advertisers to grow our network.
• Selling ad placements provided by the Publishers Department.
• Cooperating with the Publishers Department to optimize deals for top performance.
• Managing advertiser accounts and maintaining strong relationships.
• Attending international conferences to expand partnerships.
• Exploring new ad formats and revenue streams to boost growth.

About you:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with unique and fresh approach strategies for new Advertisers;
• Experience with target payment models such as CPM and Flat Deals.
• Out of the box thinking is a must;
• Strong problem solving skills and independence;
• Existing contact network of direct advertisers;
• Working experience with Ad-Server platforms;
• Good understanding of Ad-formats and their average market values;

Considered an advantage:

• Experience working with betting, iGaming and nutra industries.
