Join a new engineering team in Kochi India dedicated to accelerating the digital transformation of Source-to-Pay (S2P) through advanced AI and data engineering. You will help build productionize and operate agentic AI capabilities using IBM Watsonx Orchestrate as the primary platform complemented by open-source frameworks. Your work will directly support process optimization and efficiency improvements across procurement and accounts payables. You will collaborate closely with global teams from S2P CIO Chief Data Office and Consulting ensuring solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture and standards. • Design develop and optimize AI agents and tools on IBM Watsonx Orchestrate.
• Lead data pipeline development and integration for AI initiatives.
• Mentor junior developers and support team growth.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders (S2P CIO Chief Data Office Consulting).
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and data governance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Create and maintain clear comprehensive documentation for solutions and processes.
• Develop and maintain a test and evaluation framework to assess performance and quality. • Design test plans and collaborate with teams to ensure robust and reliable products.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Python development for AI or data engineering.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with database management.
• Proven experience in data pipeline development and maintenance.
• Experience working in cross-functional global teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with IBM Watsonx Orchestrate or similar platforms.
• Background in business intelligence data modeling or analytics.
