The Senior Analyst is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting process and system capabilities for specialty systems including various specialty pharmacy operating and dispensing systems and the Intelligent Order Routing (IOR) system. This role serves as a liaison between business operations and the IT team, and assesses, evaluates and resolves pharmacy operations system and technology issues. The Senior Analyst provides support to Business Owners and Business Leads in delivery of key Operations Technology initiatives (multiple initiatives simultaneously); demonstrating ability to support problem identification, solution definition and refinement, measurement and tracking of outcomes - including a clear understanding of what defines success, identifying and clearing, through coordination with Operations and IT teams, roadblocks to unlock organization and operational barriers to ensure initiative success.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of pharmacy experience demonstrated by a proven track record of success in pharmacy, including experience leading or supporting new technology/process solutions and new projects implementation
• 3+ years of experience or Advanced level skill in PowerBI, Tableau, and MS Office (Sharepoint, etc)

Preferred Qualifications

• SPRx
• Relevant senior level analyst experience
• Data analysis skills, including the ability to wrangle and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets (Excel and more advanced analytical techniques)

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $91,800.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
