Senior Analyst, FP&A

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join our Finance team at Talkspace. In this role, you’ll be responsible for working cross-functionally with our Business Development, Account Management, Product, and Data Science teams to define and measure finance metrics and KPIs.

What You’ll Do

• Manage budgeting process and financial reporting for Talkspace, reporting OPEX management, and supporting FP&A processes for Marketing and G&A
• Analyze performance variances versus plan and determine key drivers of variance, for both internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure consistency of financial metrics and KPIs utilized across internal teams via dashboards 
• Support development of what-if scenario planning to assist in setting quarterly operational plans
• Support implementation of FP&A software
• Work in partnership with Sr. Director FP&A to continuously evolve financial management, controls and reporting
• Additional duties as assigned  

About You

• 3+ years of experience in Financial Reporting and Forecasting Experience
• BBA or other finance background strongly preferred 
• Advanced understanding of Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
• Experience with Business Intelligence software  (i.e. Looker, Tableau) 
• Experience with FP&A Forecasting software and tools
• At ease with ambiguity 
• Passion for working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent attention to detail
