Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Senior Analyst – General Ledger located in Coimbatore.

What a Typical day looks like:

• Support MEC process as per the standard operating procedures and meet the targets
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financials on EPM as per the standard operating procedures
• Prepare timely and accurate Balance sheet reconciliation as per flex policy
• Reporting activities - Generate and update the AP/AR/VMI/IC/FA reports.
• Prepare and post various time of Journal entries
• Passing rectification entries for the errors identified by internal QC team
• Maintain GL master data – COA/DIM/FSG/FCG
• Reconciliation of Sub-module vs Trial balance
• Analyze data & come with his/her findings on automation opportunity
• Work with Fin functional teams to help them on basic macros
• Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects
• Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good written/oral communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems.
• Good analytical skills and should be a team player.
• General Ledger Process knowledge.
• Frequent interaction with the site / Customers.
• Query handling.
• Consolidation & monthly reporting.
• Month end activities.
• Updates and reporting to the supervisor

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bcom / BBA(Finance) / MCom / MBA(Finance).
• 4-6 yrs exp relevant to profile
• Good understanding on MS applications (Basic level).
• Strong knowledge on accounting principles.
• Experience in GL accounting.
• Good written/oral communication in English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP.
• Good Team Player.
• Logical reasoning and Eye for detail.
