Senior Analyst, Investor Services

Overview:

The Investor Services team is responsible for managing the overall communication and relationship with hedge fund investors on behalf of our client base. The team maintains investor information, processes investor capital activity, conducts AML due diligence, and generates investor reporting. In addition, Investor Services addresses all investor queries and provides ad hoc requests when necessary.

Responsibilities:

Data Enrichment and Workflow Coordination

• Assisting with proper management of an email workflow tool that includes routing emails to relevant queues
• Maintaining paper copy documentation and manage relevant storage and scanning
• Completing all appropriate Anti Money Laundering uploads to World Check
• Assisting with monthly internal audit testing
• Helping with project management and data organization related to FATCA due diligence
• Performing various other tasks as required by the Investor Services Team

Client Service

• Providing quality client service by managing the Investor Services group phone line and coordinating with the relevant partners to ensure requests are answered real time
• Answering investor and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Ensuring accurate, thorough, and timely processing of all capital activity transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and name changes
• Completing all appropriate AML, KYC and client verification checks
• Generating and issuing investor reporting such as trade confirmations and statements
• Processing incoming and outgoing cash movements related to capital activity
• Completing FATCA due diligence for new and pre-existing investors
• Entering and validating tax forms or other entry required by the Investor Services team

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented and accurate in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with internal and external parties
• Proven ability to organize a demanding workload
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivation and an ability to work with minimum supervision in a demanding and progressive environment meeting deadlines
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively within a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and with accuracy
• Customer focused

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree
• Proven data entry accuracy and reliability
