Join SADA as a Senior Analyst, Sales Finance

Los Angeles or Anywhere USA, Fully Remote


Your Mission 

As a Senior Analyst, Sales Finance, you will be a key contributor and leader on the Compensation team within Sales Finance and the larger Revenue Operations team. The role will be reporting to the Director, Sales Finance.

You will:

  • Have the ability to thrive in a high pressure and rapidly changing, less structured environment
  • Support the development of accurate data and analytics for the Sales department, along with their timely distribution
  • Be highly flexible working on a myriad of novel projects 
  • Maintain flexible hours for a global workforce of stakeholders and contributors
  • Leverage and enhance existing business intelligence platforms such as Looker for the display of accurate and timely data
  • Work on improving compensation practices and support the compensation team paying variable compensation
  • Lead regular reconciliation projects partnering with Accounting
  • Assess accuracy of system data and expeditiously facilitate necessary adjustments
  • Analyze data for trends and patterns with attention on sales deal velocity and financial risk mitigation 
  • Assist Sales Leaders with commissions inquiries and resolve any potential disputes
  • Have the ability to translate complex data and effectively communicate to non-technical professionals
  • Have the ability to successfully influence business partners, even when holding a contrary position 

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BCom or BBA)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience working with Finance departments and developing data visualizations
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • Familiarity with Big Query
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Looker highly preferred

Expectations 

Onboarding/Training - The first several weeks of onboarding are dedicated to learning and will encompass learning materials/assignments and compliance training, as well as meetings with relevant colleagues. Details of the timeline are shared closer to the start date.
