About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Data Management Senior Analyst to support the Merchant Services Onboarding Operations Know Your Customer (KYC) team in reviewing, researching, and resolving data mismatches/errors between Merchant Services systems and the enterprise customer data repository.

In this role, you will:

  • Continuously learn and apply knowledge of Merchant Services business, customer base, process and controls
  • Independently manage error queue, disposition errors, and continuously work to clear the backlog
  • Create presentations and provide monthly updates to Leadership related to control execution, and emerging trends
  • Keep management updated on progress of assigned work
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, training, and education
  • Consult with Financial Crimes, technology, Data Analytics and other partners, as needed
  • Lead walkthroughs of process, answer follow up questions, and provide evidence of control execution for internal oversight and testing teams
  • Escalation of data issues, as needed
  • Submit and monitor incident tickets, as needed
  • Organizational skills required
  • Attention to detail required
Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of reporting, controls, data management experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • CAMS, CFE, PMP, Six Sigma certification (or in progress certification)
  • Practical experience in KYC, data management and quality
  • Knowledge and application/execution of controls
  • Payment (acquiring, issuing, network) experience
  • Financial services experience
Job Expectations:
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of three in-office days each week.
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position
