Analytics Lead - BI Product Enablement
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Analytics Lead - BI Product Enablement to drive the strategy, design, and execution of modern sales enablement platforms. This role will lead initiatives that integrate mobile-first tools, advanced BI capabilities, and cloud-native architectures—empowering sales teams with real-time insights and seamless user experiences. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in data visualization, platform modernization, and AWS-native solutions, with a strong understanding of build-vs-buy decision frameworks. This role will also collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver scalable, secure, and intuitive sales platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end architecture of sales enablement platforms, including mobile tools, dashboards, and embedded analytics.
• Evaluate and implement BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight) with AWS integration for scalable data visualization.
• Drive modernization efforts by migrating legacy systems to cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure).
• Architect mobile-first sales tools with embedded BI capabilities for field teams.
• Ensure seamless data access and visualization across devices and platforms.
• Leverage AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, QuickSight) to support mobile analytics delivery.
• Lead strategic evaluations of build-vs-buy decisions for sales platforms and analytics tools.
• Develop heuristics and frameworks to guide platform investment decisions.
• Partner with procurement and vendor management to assess third-party solutions.
• Design intuitive dashboards and reporting frameworks aligned with sales KPIs.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all visualization layers.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize pipelines and data models.
• Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and sales leaders to align platform capabilities with business goals.
Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, BI architecture, or platform strategy.
• Proven experience with AWS services, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight), and mobile analytics.
• Strong understanding of build-vs-buy frameworks and enterprise IT strategy.
• Experience leading modernization efforts and cloud migrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with AI/ML-powered sales analytics platforms.
