Position Overview of Senior Analytics Manager: Ebbo is looking for a Senior Analytics Manager to lead a small analytics team to deliver actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across the business. This role combines hands-on analysis, data modeling, and A/B testing with stakeholder partnership to expand self-service analytics and improve outcomes. Using tools like Snowflake, SQL, Tableau, and Excel, the Senior Analytics Manager equips teams with reliable data and intuitive dashboards to support growth and strategy. Duties and Responsibilities of Senior Analytics Manager: • Lead and develop a Sr. Insights Analyst and Analytics Engineer, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and growth opportunities. • Deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders across Client Services, Product Management, Marketing, FP&A, Accounting, and Payment Operations. • Partner with the Data Product Owner to shape and execute the roadmap for analytics capabilities and self-service analytics expansion. • Design and analyze A/B tests, ensuring methodological rigor and clear communication of results. • Work closely with the Principal Architect to build and maintain reliable data models to support reporting, analysis, and advanced analytic capabilities. • Collaborate with the BI team to develop intuitive dashboards and data products that empower business users to explore and understand key metrics. • Translate business questions into structured analysis plans, delivering insights that inform strategy, improve customer outcomes, and drive growth. • Manage priorities and project timelines to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of analytics initiatives. Skills and Experience of Senior Analytics Manager: • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-focused roles, including experience delivering insights to business stakeholders. • 3+ years of people management experience, including mentoring and developing analysts or analytics engineers. • 2+ years of experience with Cloud warehouses like Snowflake • 2+ years of experience with BI visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) • Experience working in tech, retail, loyalty or subscription-based businesses. • Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and communicating results to non-technical audiences. The base salary range for this position is $135,000-$150,000.
