Senior Application Analyst

1. Self-starter with an ability to drive IT projects and timely conclusions while collaborating cross-functionally, multi-tasking and managing multiple projects for best fit solutions.
   
   2. Develop project plans, define milestones, objectives, scope, and timelines, and allocate resources to complete the projects successfully.
   
   3. Project lead Proof of concept projects along with Stakeholders
   
   4. Managing and leading Partner projects in Hr Learning application.
   
   5. Collaborate with various stakeholders - leaders, audiences, subject experts to conduct thorough needs analysis and establish measurable objectives for all projects.
   
   6. Build and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up.

7. Strong business partnership experience: ability to successfully collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

8. Pilot new feature releases to directly influence the overall Product development roadmap.

9. Strong organizational skills, with experience juggling multiple deadlines & quick turnarounds

Qualifications

1. Level of educational attainment: Bachelor's Degree

2. Professional qualifications and accreditations/memberships: Strategic Management/Operations management /Learning Delivery/Project management qualifications

3. Previous work experience: • 2 to 4 years' experience in the IT.

4. Knowledge of effective learning and development methods.

5. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices (protocols (e.g. SCORM, xAPI, AICC etc)

6. Experience in IT project management and budgeting

7. Proficient in MS Office and Learning management system, API's, integration, SAML and IDMS. Knowledge of Javascript, CSS, HTML, Azure, Web hooks will be an advantage.

8. Strong knowledge of Agile principles, frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), and software development methodologies.

9. Strong organizational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and work in a team with diverse cultural backgrounds

10. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
