Job Description
Workrise is hiring a Sr. Associate for our Source-to-Pay (B2B) business who will be responsible for actively managing our vast network of vendors, creating and facilitating approval/signature routing of vendor contracts, and vendor sourcing. Our ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has exceptional verbal and written communication skills, a vendor/client-centric and entrepreneurial mindset, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated initiative and ability to achieve results.

What you'll be doing:
- Vendor Onboarding & Contracting
- Create Work Order Agreements as applicable
- Assist in vendor performance improvement plans
- Analyze client spend and evaluate current and future supplier base
- Analyze purchasing trends and develop sourcing alternatives
- Continuously identify and source new high-potential suppliers
- Be a contact for the vendor marketplace to resolve any issues/conflicts
- Support other supply chain and company initiatives as needed
What you should have:
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience in supply chain
- 2+ years of experience in Purchasing, Operations Planning, Supply Chain, and/or Strategic Sourcing
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated initiative and ability to achieve results
- Experience building and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated practical use of vendor management and sourcing principles
- Vendor-centric and entrepreneurial mindset
Essential Job Functions:
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
- Ability to use office computer programs such as e-mail, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Constantly remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Ability to manipulate office equipment such as a computer, copier and telephone
