• Handling all the International and Domestic ticketing inquiries and issuance work
• Handles travel requests raised from the respective geographic region such as Canada, North & South America, Caribbean Area, Mexico & International Philippines
• Experience with GDS such as Sabre, a key tool for travel booking.
• Booking group reservations inquiries with the corresponding hotels and follows up with them to finalize the necessary preparations for any type of conference, summit, or business event.
• Making hotel reservations via Expedia, through direct suppliers, or geo-based administrative teams in accordance with the needs of business travel
• Handling various queries from employees over call, chat and e-mails regarding their travel plan and advise the most cost-effective options that will fit within the company's travel policy.
• Perform other various activities such as Queues check, negotiate rates with hotels, Credit card reconciliation, maintaining exceptional approval, various transaction tracker data etc.
• Should have knowledge of the Concur tool and its use in handling travel request that is submitted via Concur.

• Flexibility required to support business needs including shift changes
• Will be required to do data work and should maintain own transaction data record daily
• Will work closely with hotels for direct billing/ negotiation and providing team support.
• Maintaining various trackers and doing data audits
• Work from the office.
• Expected to meet all KPIs set by team - e.g. increasing travel saving and reducing cost.
• Should be comfortable under inter-geo working environment.
