Senior Automation Tester in Java

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Automation Tester with a Java background to become part of our team.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and conducting automation tests using Java alongside other testing tools. This position requires working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to maintain the integrity of high-traffic websites and applications.

• Develop and execute test automation scripts utilizing Java and tools such as Selenium and Appium
• Integrate automation testing with Jenkins and Apache Maven for continuous execution
• Thoroughly find, log, and document all defects
• Work with the software development team to address issues within the software environment
• Run automated tests and evaluate the results to provide feedback to management and the development teams
• Offer solutions to address potential technical issues related to test automation
• Perform regression testing and manage an effective collection of test cases
• Improve performance testing on applications that utilize PostgreSQL databases
• Uphold standards of dependability and performance by following best practices and guidelines
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in testing tools within the industry

• At least 3 years of experience in a software testing role with an emphasis on automation testing
• Proficiency in Java for automating test cases
• Competency with automation tools like Selenium and Appium
• Background in managing Jenkins and Apache Maven configurations
• Skills in database testing via PostgreSQL
• Expertise in creating clear and detailed test plans and test cases
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Experience with the Kotlin programming language
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Advanced English communication abilities at a B2+ level

• Knowledge of GraphQL
• Competency in ReactJS and React Native
• Understanding of NestJS
