Senior Automation Tester (Java+Selenium)

We are looking for a Senior Automation Tester with extensive expertise in Java and Selenium to become an integral part of our vibrant team.
In your capacity, you will employ a BDD-based framework to develop and sustain automated test scripts for Oracle Forms and HTML web pages. This position plays a key role in upholding the quality and dependability of our software products through detailed testing and effective reporting.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Java and Selenium to design, develop, and sustain automated test scripts
• Apply testing methods for new functionalities as well as for regression and smoke tests
• Employ a behavior-driven methodology to reduce coding requirements
• Connect automation test suites with Google's infrastructure and product environment for continuous integration
• Collaborate with business analysts to craft clear, concise, and comprehensive test scripts
• Implement automated test scripts and assess results to identify and report defects
• Work alongside development teams to enhance test coverage and framework efficacy
• Produce thorough reports to convey test results to project stakeholders
• Provide manual testing support for web applications as required
• Regularly revise test scripts to accommodate new system specifications or technologies

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in automation testing
• Proficiency in Java and Selenium
• Background in executing regression tests and providing manual testing support for web applications
• Qualifications in using Linux command line
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven setting
• Background in RPC, REST, UI AWT, and Dependency Injection frameworks

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Acceptance Test Driven Development using BDD tools like Cucumber
