POSITION SUMMARY:

IPG Mediabrands is the media and marketing solutions division of Interpublic Group (NYSE: IPG). ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

  • Performs on-site commissioning including, but not limited to, configuration of digital audio signal processors, video conferencing systems, VoIP endpoints, and other audiovisual equipment as required
    • Coordinates with AV Technical Manager on projects.
    • Keep track and handle Helix tickets for resolutions 
    • End-to-end troubleshooting and resolution of all issues related to our site’s integrated AV systems (diagnostics, resetting codecs, display & audio connectivity issues, joining meetings, cabling, break/fix, AV rack, etc. 
    • Coordinates with AV Vendor on solutions. 
    • Maintain XIO Cloud system to keep all our Microsoft Teams Room devices up to date. 
    • Monitor and maintain Condeco room scheduler equipment. Monitor Alerts and troubleshoot the Condeco system to ensure equipment is always online and working.  
    • Enter CISO exceptions for all AV accounts and manage annual renewals.  
    • Run MS Live Events, work with Brands to manage the Live Events forms, and set up demos, Testing and Producing the Live Events when needed.  
    • Train Staff when necessary on conference room equipment and Teams platform. 
    • Assist EAs with ELT meetings when needed.  
    • Assist in building out conference rooms by installing Crestron MS Teams Room devices. 
    • Manage the AV vendor for advance repairs when needed.  
    • Some need to travel to different sites on occasion.  

 SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Crestron Programming and Debugging: 3-5 years  
  • Crestron NVX System: 3-5 years  
  • Crestron Toolbox: 3-5 years 
  • Tesira Forte Biamp systems and adjusting Audio levels: 3-5 years  
  • Experience with Shure mics and speakers 
  • Experience with Sonos systems 
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams and running Live events, webinars, and general knowledge of the Teams platform 
  • Experience with Zoom meetings and webinars, and general knowledge of the Zoom platform 
  • Basic knowledge of Google Meetings 
  • Basic knowledge of O365 and Azure

Desired Skills & Experience 

  •  Minimum 3-5 years working as an AV Tech preferred
  •  Experience performing each of the job responsibilities outlined above in an associated industry

  SALARY RANGE:

The salary range for this position is $70,000 and $80,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications
