The Role As a Senior Brand Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of our brand. You will be responsible for creating compelling design and animation content that aligns with our brand's messaging and aesthetic. Your work will directly impact how our brand is perceived across various platforms and media. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop communications and marketing assets to elevate our brand and engage our audience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, product, and tech—to deliver inventive design solutions across web, product, motion, print, and social media. • Prioritize and manage design requests effectively, balancing deadlines with creative quality. • Generate and pitch fresh ideas for campaigns and visual content. • Maintain consistency by adhering to and evolving our brand guidelines and design systems. Serve as a design ambassador within the organization, ensuring design excellence across all touchpoints. • Contribute to and expand our library of design assets, templates, and resources for company-wide use. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in brand design • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma). • Strong portfolio showcasing design and branding work • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Exceptional Candidates Will Have: • Experience in motion graphics and 2D/3D animation. • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles. • Familiarity with video editing software.
