To thrive in this role, we’re seeking candidates with a minimum of 5+ years of Business Analysis experience and a strong knowledge of business workflow configuration.  

Position: Senior Business Analyst     

About the project  

Project is a uniquely configurable cloud-based platform designed to guide and reinforce behaviors that drive results; mobilize employees; strategically align individuals with company values and objectives; and solve an organization’s ever-changing business issues. The system’s Activity Streams and Leaderboard allow users to see how they compare alongside others in the organization, which helps businesses create a culture of recognition where individuals feel more connected to the company and their coworkers through Manager Discretionary, Peer-to-Peer, Service Anniversary & Milestones and Sales Incentive Programs 

Requirements: 

• More than 5+ years of experience in IT business analysis, with strong knowledge of overall BA theory, and domain expertise. 

• System thinking: the ability to analyze products on different levels, evaluate impact, and think about risks. 

• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to talk with technical, and non-technical people, as well as management 

• Extensive experience in strategic business process modeling, traceability, and quality management techniques, and business case development. 

• Quick learning: ability to self-educate in a new industry in a short time. 

• Experience in managing requirements in any form: user stories, use cases, SRS, PRD, BRD, user story map, etc. 

• Experience in creating and maintaining documentation: Solution Requirements, backlog items in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria, use cases 

• English B2 and higher: fluent communication with clients and international team members. 

• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the client and team needs. 

Nice to have: 

Hands-on experience with SaaS/Product companies is preferable. 

Responsibilities: 

• Communicate clearly and confidently to build trust and effective relationships with folks on both the business and technical sides. 

• Elicit and discuss requirements with stakeholders from the client side including business, functional, and non-functional requirements. 

• Сreating PBI according to DoR, translating stakeholders’ requirements to the User Stories. 

• Write straightforward and effective documents in various formats, choosing the best one for each task. 

• Tight communication with the development and testing team. 

Team: 3 BAs , 6 In-House DEVs, 5 DEVs on customer side, 4 Manual QAs, 1 AQA 
 

Schedule: 5/2, 8-hour working day (40 hr per week). Hours are flexible.  

Hiring process: HR interview + PI Test + Technical interview + Final interview with the customer
