Senior Business Analyst

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Supply Chain to join our remote team. In this role, you will closely collaborate with various business units, as well as local and regional IT departments and multiple software vendors, to develop and implement customized solutions that meet the specific operational requirements of the supply chain and logistics sectors.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis, define, and document requirements that support both project and business objectives within the Supply Chain & Logistics areas
• Generate functional and technical documents derived from business needs
• Assist users during functional acceptance tests and facilitate the rollout of updates for new or existing applications to ensure seamless project implementations
• Engage in the design and implementation of retail and Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions
• Work with internal business and technical teams to refine and finalize requirements
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing ongoing support and administrative management across designated functional areas during the entire project lifecycle and subsequent phases
• Deliver functional and technical support to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency of systems, and lead training initiatives for end users to support change management in collaboration with Regional IT

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role with a focus on Supply Chain Management
• Strong capability in stakeholder management with effective communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in creating detailed BA artifacts, ensuring comprehensive and precise documentation of processes and requirements
• Able to effectively plan and manage business analysis activities to meet project schedules and objectives
• Skilled in the management of business analysis information, maintaining both accuracy and accessibility
• Fluent in English, with a proficiency of B2 level or higher

• Advanced skills in data analysis and the use of reporting tools
• Experience with ERP systems, especially in the context of supply chain management
• Proven ability to work successfully in a multicultural environment, enhancing team communication and collaboration
