Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement Business Analysis activities, adapting to project specifics including stakeholder management
• Engage stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements
• Develop and maintain Business Analysis artifacts with appropriate detail
• Facilitate collaboration and effective communication within the team and with clients
• Manage project or product backlog, including scope decomposition and prioritization
• Estimate Business Analysis efforts and contribute to high-level development estimates
• Play a client-facing role, presenting results and fostering client relationships

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in E-commerce or Digital marketing, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in managing Business Analysis activities across various project phases
• Background in digital experience platforms (DXP), content management systems (CMS) and marketing technologies (MarTech)
• Expertise in composable architectures such as commercetools, Contentful and SF Commerce coupled with familiarity with AI technologies
• Skilled in microservice architecture and API-first design, including the creation of UML and BPMN diagrams
• Capability to effectively engage in a distributed, multi-cultural and multi-time zone environment
• Ability to build trusting relationships with clients, proactively understanding and addressing their needs
• Strong desire to continuously learn new technologies and explore various domains
• Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher

Nice to have

• Additional certifications in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies
• Prior experience in project management or leadership roles
