Role Summary As aSenior Business Analyst for Salesforce, you will serve as the linchpin of our internal Commercial Application Management team partnering with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Patient Scheduling and Manufacturing teams to create scalable, efficient, and user-centric workflows.The core systems in this unit are Salesforce, TrakCel, Veeva, Mulesoft and platforms supporting the CRM and Cell Orchestration domains. You will gather and define requirements, design solutions alongside architects and developers, and manage the successful delivery of commercial application capabilities that drive measurable outcomes. This is a highly collaborative role, where you’ll be expected to become a trusted advisor and mentor within the team, ensuring business needs are understood and delivered through world-class solutions. Key Responsibilities • Partner with IT Business Partners, Business System Owners and other stakeholders in the commercial and PDO org to understand and document business requirements across CRM, Cell Orchestration, Case Management, Order Management, and supporting tools • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories, working closely with system administrators, solutions architects, and vendors. • Act as Product Owner proxy in Agile ceremonies — owning backlog grooming, story refinement, sprint planning, and UAT coordination. • Partner closely with PMO in new technical implementations and enhancements, test case development, test execution, change control documentation, and validation as well as hyper care planning. • Create current-state and future-state process maps, identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and reduce manual effort • Collaborate with internal IT, QA, QC, CSV, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory, data privacy, and GxP standards • Coordinate across regions (UK, US, EU) to harmonize processes and system use • Contribute to vendor evaluation and help hold MSPs accountable for delivery and SLA adherence • Develop, Track and Report KPIs that help to measure the health of the applications. Required Experience & Skills • Proven track record as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within life sciences, with strong expertise supporting commercial teams and tools • Hands-on experience with large, cross-functional implementations of Salesforce (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud), an d ideally with platforms such as TrakCel, Veeva, or other commercial/patient services systems. • Deep familiarity with process mapping, user story writing, UAT planning, hyper care planning. • Strong analytical and documentation skills, including use of tools like Lucidchart, Monday.com. • Experience working in or supporting GxP, SOX, or GDPR-governed environments • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills; ability to bridge technical and non-technical discussions. • Comfortable working across time zones with globally distributed teams • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field • Bonus: Experience with CAR-T, oncology, or cell therapy processes and platforms Autolus Core Competencies Focus on Results:Works to meet business goals set by management and leaders Builds Trust and Relationships:Ensures trust with internal and external partners by delivering on commitments Resilience:Has the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness Communicates and Collaborates:Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet objectives Autolus is committed to the protection of the personal information that we collect & process and we are fully compliant with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
